PUBLIC SESSION

• Landscaping
  • Median clean up and tree removal bids in.
  • Bid for post and chains at pocket park, front staircase.
• Pools
  • Pool Committee reported
    • Back pool life guard umbrella stand insufficient; will purchase a replacement.
    • Lock at back pool repairman has reordered correct parts
  • Back pool furniture to ship July 19
  • Pool supervisor requested pool rule signage of neighborhood rules (include trespassing)
• Clubhouse
  • Front and back alarms repaired
  • Security cameras – vendor to come to next meeting and present to board
• Tennis
  • ReserveMyCourt is a success
  • Clinic: Consistently seeing 17-18 kids on sessions
    • Looking to 8 under, 10under times when school starts.
    • Festival Event Planning (probably around a holiday)
  • Court Resurfacing dates
    • 1&2 10/2014
    • 3&4 7/2015
    • 5&6 6/2016
    • 7&8 4/2016
  • Push buttons exit on 7&8 – to be installed.
• Basketball
  • Talked to Coach West regarding potential clinics. More details needed.
• Amenities
  • Front Playground
    • Proposal for age range and rules
    • Board moved to install a climbing wall and spinner
  • Newsletter
    • Done for July
  • Misc
    • Leasing cap amendment discussion – Tara evaluating language.
      • Looking at 10% rental rate (no more.); believe we are up to 20%.
    • Pressure washing estimate – to be voted on via email
  • Annual meeting planning
    • Informational sessions on these two dates, with annual meeting on that date.
    • Electronic proxy gathering.
