• Landscape
  • Entrance Lights
    • The GFCI outlet across near fence needs replacement (went out with the rain consistently). Electrician will replace that and then update all existing fixtures with LEDs.
  • Common Area Park usage
    • Steve Klein introduced discussion to consider allowing Cherokee Impact soccer use the area to practice 2 days a week and to discuss usage of the park overall. Board continues to discuss any league usage of part and/or improvements to the park we might make.
  • Social
    • Easter Egg hunt in March
  • Tennis
    • Board approved purchase of Reserve My Court SaaS to manage court reservations
    • Contract has been signed for the Kids Tennis program
      • Tennis closet will be taken over by program
      • Captains will be assigned a closet key once rosters presented
    • Courts 5&6, 7&8
      • $10,400; $9,800 to resurface both.
      • Four nets @ $170/ea.

      • Back
        • Struck by lightning – took out most of the electronics
        • Gates to be fixed
        • Alarm needs to be replaced (getting quotes for wired and wireless) – the entire panel was destroyed
        • Need to replace Microwave (Sam Kashani to purchase)
        • Steve and Pool Comm. members did a walkthrough in Jan
          • Trying to make the back clubhouse more usable
          • Add a TV over fireplace

            • Clear much of the landscaping inside and outside to cull back
